The history of Ballinger Construction spans over three decades and three generations. Established in 1989 as Ballinger Roofing by Kenneth Ballinger and sons Brian and Greg, the Ballinger name quickly became synonymous with quality workmanship and fair pricing. Ballinger's reputation allowed the business to grow over the next 25 years.
After the passing of Greg Ballinger in 2005 and Kenneth Ballinger in 2014, Brian Ballinger continued to operate the roofing business. In 2016 Brian brought on his son Blake, began to expand the construction services, and renamed the business Ballinger Construction. Construction crews were added along with Construction Manager Jeff Hayes. Ballinger's nephews Tyler and Bradley McAvoy also joined the family business.
Currently, Ballinger Construction is a licensed general contractor offering new construction, remodeling, roofing, gutter and window installation services. Operating in residential, commercial and government markets, our customers and projects include Habitat for Humanity, Carson Newman University, Tennessee Department of Transportation and Redstone Arsenal Army Base .
